- LAND SELECTION: We can connect you with local realtors that we’ve worked with and once you’ve selected the plots of land you’re interested in we can meet with you to evaluate site construction possibilities & associated costs including infrastructure needs (water/well, sewer/septic, electrical, gas, communication lines), site preparation (access, clearing, excavation)
- HOUSE DESIGN: We’ll meet with you to discuss your current and future housing needs and desires to most effectively implement your design ideas within the scope of your budget. Our local architect & engineer will then put together your plans based on all governing local codes & ordinances to ensure a smooth permitting process
- CONSTRUCTION: With plans & permits in place we’ll map out and manage every phase of construction from foundation to framing, utilities, HVAC, plumbing, finish work, and hardware/appliances all the way through finishing touches and occupancy. We’ll keep you informed along the way as well as guide and instruct you through the multitude of decisions that need to be made, in that way ensuring that your project stays on time and within budget without causing you any stress.
